🍁October at CG Nursery

🍁 Our October Theme: Autumn & Harvest

This month we will be exploring the wonderful themes of Autumn and Harvest. The children will have lots of opportunities to learn about the changing seasons, nature and where our food comes from.

Some of the activities we will be enjoying include:

• 🍂 Autumn leaf collecting – exploring different colours, shapes and textures.

• 🎨 Leaf printing and autumn crafts.

• 🌰 Exploring conkers, acorns and other natural treasures.

• 🥕 Learning about harvest vegetables and fruit.

• 🍎 Making simple autumn-themed snacks.

• 🎃 Autumn and harvest sensory play.

• 🌳 Nature walks and garden exploration.

• 🎵 Singing autumn and harvest songs and rhymes.

• 📚 Reading autumn-themed stories.

• 🖍️ Creating autumn pictures using leaves and natural materials.

We would also love parents to share any autumn or harvest ideas, books, objects or traditions with us!

🍂 Thank You

As always, thank you for your continued support, understanding and cooperation.

We are looking forward to a wonderful October filled with autumn colours, exploring nature, harvest activities, learning, laughter and lots of fun!

Warm wishes,
