Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage your room’s daily routines, ensuring the highest standards of care and education.
• Mentor and support your team, encouraging their professional growth and promoting a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Plan and deliver engaging, nature-based learning experiences that align with our ethos.
• Build strong relationships with parents and encourage their involvement in their child’s development.
• Work closely with the management team to continuously assess and enhance the quality of the provision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Starting at £26,000.00 per year, depending on experience.
