Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage your room’s daily routines, ensuring the highest standards of care and education.
- Mentor and support your team, encouraging their professional growth and promoting a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Plan and deliver engaging, nature-based learning experiences that align with our ethos.
- Build strong relationships with parents and encourage their involvement in their child’s development.
- Work closely with the management team to continuously assess and enhance the quality of the provision.

Person Specification:
- Qualifications: Level 2 or higher in Childcare/Early Years Education and/or Forest School qualification.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading a team within an early years setting.
- Communication: Strong communication skills to work effectively with parents, colleagues, and management.
- Initiative and Problem-Solving: Ability to take initiative and work calmly under pressure.
- Nature Lover: A genuine love of nature and enthusiasm for outdoor learning.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Starting at £26,000.00 per year, depending on experience.
