Nursery Manager
Job Requirements / Description
We are looking for a leader with a heart for adventure, a commitment to nurturing young minds, and a desire to make a positive impact.
We are seeking a conscientious, enthusiastic, and emotionally intelligent manager to run and take part in the daily operation of the nursery, ensuring that every child receives the highest standard of care and education. The role will include managing and supporting a small team of early years practitioners, and together designing and implementing nature-based activities that spark curiosity and inspire a love of learning in the children. As we are a small nursery, you will have a wide remit to develop imaginative new projects and ideas for the children’s benefit.
Good relationships with, and among, parents are an essential part of our nursery’s success. The new manager will need to foster parents’ active participation where appropriate, and maintain a friendly, welcoming and supportive environment for all.
The ideal candidate will have experience inspiring and leading a team while also being passionate about a nature-focused environment, eager to create enriching outdoor learning experiences for young children. Collingham is the perfect place to develop exciting new projects and approaches, suiting someone industrious and imaginative, with the full support of the management.
